Party Ideas for transforming a bland boring event space

Are you planning a birthday party or event in a hall or venue with nothing but bright white fluro lights?? We’ve put together some ideas to use lighting to really transform the space based on your party theme

First things first..kill those white lights!

Whether you theme is elegance, disco or a UV/Black light party the last thing you want is bright white house lights.  We have some amazing battery powered uplights in both indoor and outdoor versions available. If you have a colour theme you can set them to a particular colour, you can set them to UV if you are having a white party or to add some really fun ambience scatter them around in different colours. They can set to blue, green,amber, pink or UV.

With the option of also having the outdoor version you can also uplight the entrance of the building so people know they are in the right spot to party!

Adding a bit of disco fever

If you are in a hall you probably have a large floor space that needs a sprinkle of disco! Our most popular package is our Moonflower disco light and crystal ball disco light package and this works really well in halls as the Moonflower will give you a great disco light effect for the floor/dancefloor and the crystal ball puts lots of colourful dots around the walls and ceiling meaning this package creates an instant disco theme.

Glowing up the space

If you are having tables for catering/meals, adding our 20cm glow spheres as centrepieces can really add an elegant or disco theme. They can be set to a single colour or a slow or fast colour changing mode. Being battery operated means no cables making them the perfect light to add some soft lighting for your table settings.

Going Vintage

If your event space has a feature wall you want to light up or perhaps you want to create a feature on the ceiling, vintage lights are a great way to go.
